We are developing a system in which Quality Assurance is a strategic partner that incorporates quality into all phases of the product lifecycle, from design to delivery, rather than a department of inspection. Key Responsibilities: You will be in charge of the complete Quality Assurance division on your own, managing all quality-related tasks such as laboratory testing, final product quality audits, in-process control, and incoming material inspection. Critical quality measurements will be exclusively yours, and you will be in charge of upholding external certifications. Our company's profitability, compliance, and long-term competitive advantage will be directly and palpably impacted by your proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), putting corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) into practice, and coaching the QA team.
