Key Responsibilities: You will oversee every facet of emergency tool maintenance on your own. This entails answering line calls right away, diagnosing intricate moulds, dies, jigs, or fixtures at the expert level, and carrying out required repairs utilising methods like TIG welding, precision grinding, stoning, polishing, and bench fitting. The root cause analysis for tool malfunctions will be entirely your responsibility, which will have a direct impact on the fault recurrence rate. Our overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and profitability will be directly and palpably impacted by your capacity to operate under pressure, correctly identify failure modes, and swiftly execute reliable, high-precision repairs.
