FG Engineer Integrate with a Top Production Firm Job Description Who You Are: Final Quality Assurance (FQA): Before packing, you will set up and oversee the Final Goods inspection procedure, which includes AQL sampling, critical dimension checks, and aesthetic/visual audits on completed moulded parts. packing develop & Optimisation: To minimise transit damage, optimise container loading, and lower packing material costs, you will develop, test, and execute effective and protective packaging solutions (trays, boxes, pallets). Dispatch Process Management: You are in charge of standardising the final dispatch procedure, guaranteeing proper labelling, precise piece count verification, and rigorous adherence to particular customer shipping and paperwork requirements. Handling and FIFO: You will create and carry out internal material handling protocols from the assembly line to the warehouse, making sure that First-In, First-Out (FIFO) guidelines are followed and avoiding secondary damage to completed goods during internal transportation. Customer Communication: You will investigate and respond to customer complaints related to shipping, packaging, or final quality issues, driving necessary internal corrective actions to logistics and packaging processes.
