Documentation and System Integrity: To guarantee a thorough and accurate audit trail for each claim, you will carefully record the specifics of each follow-up conversation, payment promise, and denial resolution stage inside the Practice Management System (PMS). Trend Identification: You will identify and escalate persistent payer trends to the management team, contributing vital data used for strategic billing changes and contract review. Uphold Compliance: You will ensure all communication and collection activities adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines, FDCPA regulations, and internal compliance policies.
