Your Eye for Quality Defines Success Site QA/QC Engineer Job Description Your Contribution: Inspection and Testing: carrying out the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), observing non-destructive testing (NDT) and functional tests, and conducting visual inspections and dimensional checks. Documentation control is the process of keeping track of all quality documents, such as test reports, calibration certifications, and material receiving reports, as well as making sure the final Manufacturing Data Record (MDR) or Quality Dossier is exact and complete for client transfer. Non-Conformance Management: Reporting, monitoring, and closing out Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any deviations discovered during testing or site installation, as well as confirming that corrective measures have been put in place. Code Compliance: Ensuring that all on-site work complies with applicable industry standards, client requirements, and regional legal requirements.
