Blueprint Reading: To ascertain machine configurations and required operational sequences, read and comprehend intricate technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Initial Article Examination: Use precise measurement tools (such as micrometres, callipers, and gauges) to conduct thorough first article inspections. Troubleshooting: Find and rapidly notify the supervisor or maintenance team of any machine failures, tooling problems, or material inconsistencies. Maintenance: Carry out regular and planned machine maintenance, such as lubrication, cleaning, and simple preventative maintenance.
